Elaine & Terry Ward’s Miniature Poodles had a lovely day at The Poodle Club.
Oscar (Pipparel The Look of Luv) 1st Yearling dog and Res Best Dog. Then, with his hair banded and oiled to go home, we popped into the beginners stakes class and won it! Emmy (Pipparel Just One Boogie) 2nd Yearling bitch, ably handled by Gayle. Thanks to the Judge, David Guy, The Committee for a lovely, well run show and Gayle Cavie for a super day and helping with the driving. Also thanks to Malc Beck for this photograph of Oscar in his “rollers” and a rather stunned me! I dashed from clearing up shards of glass (Seconds before, I had just dropped a glass mug and it smashed to smithereens), to the ring to take part. I had totally forgotten about the Stakes class! Thanks to a very diligent steward Mhari Aikman for finding and alerting me.
